Historical Background:  Emily started her career in search in 1994 and spent three years with two premier New England Executive Search firms.  In 1997, Emily joined nationally recognized staffing firm TalentWave, Inc.  Here she built both a retained executive level recruitment practice focused on the emerging technology marketplace and a nationwide contingent and contract practice focused on Pharmaceutical and Medical Device markets. To date, she has led the completion of over 1000 placements.  In 2009, Emily formed Human Strategy, a scientific search firm dedicated to client relationships.
